Instructional Technology (IT) Council
- Snell, James
- It shall be the function of the Instructional Technology Council to serve as a forum for discussion and exchange of information related to instructional technology use on campus. The council may review, consult and recommend instructional technology solutions for colleges, departments and IT Governance committees.
- Membership Selection Process:
- The council shall consist of delegated representatives from branch campuses, colleges, departments and service units representing instructional technology use across the University.

- Previous activities of the Council have included: demonstrations by departments of new technologies used in instruction; presentations on new instructional technology by guest speakers; evaluation, testing and recommendation of a student classroom response system; evaluation, testing and recommendation of a classroom lecture capture system. Future activities of the Council shall be determined by mutual need and desire.
