January meeting

At this meeting, there were two main topics of discussion. First, we reviewed the January new student conferences, what went smoothly, and what we should consider modifying for the summer conferences. one of the concerns raised was regarding confusion on the status of undocumented students at check-in. They were confused because they were considered residents in regards to tuition to be residents, but their status was still considered to be undocumented.

November meeting-cancelled due to lack of agenda material.

October 16th meeting

1.  Changes to the NSCC mission and charge. It had been several years since the NSCC's mission and Charge had been reviewed, and there were a couple of names of represented entities that were outdated, such as dining services instead of food services.

2. Mr. Reed gave an update regarding the current status of application and admissions for the upcoming spring and fall semesters. The numbers were slightly lower than would normally be predicted, but those were explained as a result of the recent hurricane.
