Dr. Dannenbaum called the meeting to order at 3:30pm of March 2, 2009.

Several issues had been discussed during the meeting.

The first committee meeting was host at February 6, 2009. During the meeting, all committee members signed the Non-Disclosure Forms, and bid proposals for FY 2009/2010 were viewed. AIPI has been decided as the finalist during the meeting.
