Student Health Services Advisory Committee Spring Meeting

Dr. Dannenbaum called the meeting to order at 3:30pm of March 2, 2009.

Several issues had been discussed during the meeting.

1. EMR (Electronic Medical Records): Student Health Services had made the transition to electronic medical records (paperless charts). v e do secure messaging to students using this system.
2. On-line Appointment Scheduling Update: Student may schedule their appointments on-line at the SHS website. 1/3 of the appointments are schedules on the web.
3. College of Nursing Agreement: college nursing students would be arranged to work in the SHS and improve the college health services.
4. New building: Feasibility Study would be presented in March 17^th.
5. Advantage and disadvantage of House Bill 103 were discussed.
